- Importing goods into the UAE: importer code and customs
- Working alongside Russian marketplaces: contracts and currency control explained upfront
- A bank account that accepts marketplace payouts
After formation
- Accounting. Bookkeeping, reports and records kept audit-ready.
- Taxes. Corporate tax and VAT registration, returns filed on time.
- Renewals. We remind you and renew the licence and visas before penalties.
- Changes. New activities, shareholders, employee visas.
Honest about risks
- Nobody can guarantee a UAE bank account — the bank decides. We prepare a strong file and apply where your chances are best.
- Free zone prices change several times a year — every figure here is dated, and your quote is fixed in the contract.
- A UAE company does not remove tax obligations in your country of tax residence — we explain what to consider.
FAQ
Do I need to travel to the UAE to register?
Most free zones register companies remotely. You need to come for the residence visa (medical and biometrics) and usually to open a bank account.
Can Russian citizens open a UAE company?
Yes. Free zones register Russian citizens. Banking is harder — some banks have tightened checks, so we match the bank to your profile.
What taxes does the company pay?
UAE corporate tax is 9 % on profit above AED 375,000; qualifying free zone income is taxed at 0 % if conditions are met. VAT is 5 % above the registration threshold.
How much does it cost?
Zone and visa fees plus our service — the turnkey total is in the table and the calculator above. The exact quote is fixed in the contract after a call.
How long does it take?
Officially the licence takes 1–10 working days after a complete pack; in practice name and activity approval can stretch it to several weeks, and we say so upfront. Visa and Emirates ID take another 2–4 weeks.
Do I need an office?
For most free zones a flexi desk included in the package is enough. A dedicated office is needed for more visas or certain activities.
Have you done this yourselves?
Yes, we are setting up our own IFZA company in 2026 — name approval, activities and a TDRA permit — so we know the real timelines and pitfalls.
